Turnaround Time
Personalized items are usually printed and shipped within two to four business days of cleared payment, while non-personalized goods are shipped within one to three business days of cleared payment. Invitations and announcements generally take two to five weeks to complete depending on the complexity of the project. Any custom design project will have it's own timeline. All products are shipped via United States Postal Service.

Returns
Items may be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, and only if still in original condition and packaging. Buyer assumes all shipping charges. Due to its customized nature, personalized stationery and custom invitations can not be refunded or exchanged. If there is an error on my end, I will replace your order. Printing Process
All products are flat printed on an inkjet press using archival inks.

Colors
Please be aware that monitor colors vary greatly, and colors may appear different in person and on screen.

Payment Process
Online orders are processed through the Paypal website. All major credit cards are accepted, and every transaction is secure. A Paypal account is not required. Silhouette Blue respects your privacy, and any personal information submitted will never be transferred or sold to another party.
