2014 CHRISTMAS ORDERING DEADLINES

The following schedule is coordinated with the United States Postal Service's dates for Christmas delivery. While I promise to ship your order before the USPS deadlines, I unfortunately cannot guarantee the delivery date of your package.

UNITED STATES : Thursday December 18th, 5:00PM CST
INTERNATIONAL : Sunday December 7th, 5:00PM CST

2014 WINTER VACATION

The Silhouette Blue studio will be closed from December 18th through January 4th. All orders placed during this time will be processed and shipped after January 5th. Happy New Year!

TURNAROUND TIME

Personalized stationery, art prints and notepads : shipped within 2-3 business days of cleared payment (unless otherwise noted).
Personalized canvases and trays : shipped within 7-10 business days of cleared payment.
Non-personalized items : shipped within 2-3 business days of cleared payment.

Most paper orders delivered to a US destination will arrive within one week. If your order is time sensitive, let me know what your deadline is and I'll do what I can to accommodate.

Invitations and announcements generally take two to five weeks to complete, depending on the complexity of the project. See below for information about the invitation ordering process.

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service.

US Shipping : Packages usually spend 2-7 days in transit. Need it faster? Contact us before ordering for upgraded shipping.

International Shipping : Transit times vary depending on the location, but packages can take up to one month. Please note that international orders often get held up in customs, so be patient! Depending on your location, customs fees might be applied to your package. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Tracking is not available for First Class International Mail. Need it faster or with tracking? Contact us before ordering for upgraded shipping!

INVITATION ORDERING PROCESS

1) Place your order on the Silhouette Blue website.
2) Once your order is completed, you will receive an email from me requesting your invitation wording and design choices. You can see all of the customization options in the Silhouette Blue Design Elements.
3) Expect a full-color digital pdf proof emailed to you within 3 business days of submitting your details.
4) Request changes. You have 2 rounds of revisions to make everything perfect!
5) When I get the approval to print, your invitations will be shipped in 7-10 days, depending on the size of your order.
6) The whole process takes about 2 – 5 weeks.

 

ACCURATE PERSONALIZATION

I will copy your provided personalization text exactly as you type it. Please check your personalization carefully, as you will not receive a proof before printing.

 

SALES TAX

Orders shipped to an Illinois address will be charged 9% sales tax.

 

GIFT GIVING

Is your purchase a gift going straight to the lucky recipient? Let me know - I can include a special note from you, and will pretty up the package!

 

PAPER AND PRINTING

Silhouette Blue products are digitally flat printed with archival inks. My notecard paper is a cover bristol - heavier than standard cover weight paper, slightly textured, 25% cotton, acid free, and made with wind power. My envelopes are made with recycled content containing at least 30% PCW (post-consumer waste). Both our paper and envelopes are milled in the United States.

 

COLORS

I do my best to represent all colors perfectly. However, colors vary between computer monitors, and I can't guarantee the colors on your screen.

 

RETURN POLICY

Due to its customized nature, personalized items can not be refunded or exchanged. On that note, I want you to be super happy with your purchase, so please contact me if there are any problems and hopefully we can work something out! If there is a mistake on my end, I will replace your item free of charge.
