Digital proofs before printing are complimentary and sent upon request only. You will not receive a proof automatically. Please double check your spelling and capitalization, as I will copy and paste your personalization directly from your order.
The best way to request a proof is by including the request in the "Comments" section on the shopping cart page. Proofs are sent no later than 2 business days after purchase (but typically much sooner!) and your order will not go into production until it is approved. Please note that if you request a proof, my current turnaround time begins after the proof is approved.
Will your order be accurate if you do not request a proof? Absolutely! I will copy and paste your personalization directly from your order. So as long as your spelling and capitalization are accurate, your personalized product will be accurate.
The only time I will change your provided personalization is when an apostrophe is incorrectly added to a family or couple's last name. Example: "The Smith's" will be changed to "The Smiths". This is the grammatically correct format.
Add gift wrap to your item and it will come wrapped in kraft paper and tied with a ribbon. You can find more information on the Gift Wrap Page.
Due to its customized nature, personalized items can not be refunded or exchanged. On that note, I want you to be super happy with your purchase, so please contact me if there are any problems and hopefully we can work something out! If there is a mistake on my end, I will replace your item free of charge.
Orders shipped to an Illinois address will be charged 10% sales tax.
The Silhouette Blue logo is printed on the back of all personalized notecards, and on the chipboard backing of notepads. If you would like your personalized product to be logo free please let me know.
Silhouette Blue products are digitally flat printed with archival inks. Notecard paper is an 88lb cover bristol - heavier than standard cover weight paper, slightly textured and 25% cotton. Notepad paper is a 60lb text weight - beautifully soft and smooth. Envelopes are heavyweight with a pointed flap (white/cream envelopes have a square flap).
I do my best to represent all colors perfectly. However, colors vary between computer monitors, and I can't guarantee the colors on your screen.
